Here's a very short poem to go with the picture on the next page, a knight in armour.

Heartless, Brainless

The tin man had no heart.

The scarecrow had no brain. 

Then the wizard said, "I'll give you what you lack."

But from the very start,

They caused them only pain

So both of them decided that they'd rather give them back.
