Last night I took one of the open mic slots at this month's Hit The Ode poetry event in Birmingham. There will be review of the evening later. For now, here is a small stone about it.

Before I begin I warn them -
This may not be entertaining.
When I have finished they applaud anyway.
Must try harder.
