An awkward customer
He's turned his trolley sideways in the aisle,
Built a barricade.
Some shoppers, blocked, display a nervous smile
Others, with more anger, show a certain bile;
Upbraid him, unafraid.
And I, because my six items or less
Fit into a hand-held basket, show no stress
Find no impediment as I progress
Beyond him, undismayed.

A lesson in travelling light?
I always judge the success of my blog by whether anyone who comments comes back and comments on another post. Thanks for sticking around. I have also now been over and read all of your fine contributions to a river of stones.
